About the role

  • Individual Contributor as part of the Global HR Shared Services team in India supporting India and US
  • Processing back-end transactions related to General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and other departments
  • Ensuring relevant SLAs are met
  • Preparing and maintaining data for documentation
  • Managing HR documentation, paperwork, and online and offline filing
  • Supporting People Process logistics, ID card creation, insurance paperwork etc.
  • Following up for closure on HR activities
