About the role

  • Advise and challenge managers on all their HR problematics, respecting the local rules and regulations
  • Support and guide organizational changes
  • Work closely with Talent team on training needs and actions to deploy
  • Identify and ensure talent follow-up through people review and individual plans
  • Ensure effective reporting follow-up on different HR KPIs
  • Ensure group HR policies are respected in accordance with local rules
  • Monthly veepeeTech salaries reporting at group level
  • Collect and compile HR metrics and data from sources including Workday and payroll outputs
  • Analyze HR data and statistics (motivation, turnover) and present findings to senior leadership
  • Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes
  • Contribute to job grading/ladder project for the group

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an in-house HR role where you’ve had to problem-solve with autonomy
  • Experience of working across a region or a number of countries
  • Ability to, and experience of, working autonomously and thinking on your feet
  • Action, solution oriented and resourceful
  • Strong legal background
  • A collaborative style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions
  • The ability to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing in french and in english
  • (Nice to have) Data analysis
