About the role

  • HR Assistant managing recruitment and onboarding processes for a technology company focused on telecommunications. Supports departmental HR functions and fosters company culture in Belo Horizonte.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all stages of the recruitment process, reporting to department managers (screen résumés, schedule and conduct interviews, schedule tests, carry out hiring procedures, welcome new employees)
  • Conduct onboarding training
  • Conduct follow-ups during employees' probationary periods
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Participate in activities aimed at promoting company culture
  • Assist with hiring/onboarding, payroll, terminations, employment verifications (homologations), vacation management, and 13th salary
  • Benefits administration
  • Manage and control reimbursements
  • Manage timesheets

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience as a generalist HR professional
  • Knowledge of HR subsystems (talent attraction and selection, compensation, benefits, talent management, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte
