Responsibilities
Manage and organize all stages of the recruitment process, reporting to department managers (screen résumés, schedule and conduct interviews, schedule tests, carry out hiring procedures, welcome new employees)
Conduct onboarding training
Conduct follow-ups during employees' probationary periods
Conduct exit interviews
Participate in activities aimed at promoting company culture
Assist with hiring/onboarding, payroll, terminations, employment verifications (homologations), vacation management, and 13th salary
Benefits administration
Manage and control reimbursements
Manage timesheets
Requirements
Degree in progress or completed in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources
Good communication skills
Experience as a generalist HR professional
Knowledge of HR subsystems (talent attraction and selection, compensation, benefits, talent management, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Belo Horizonte
