HR Analyst focusing on talent management and employee engagement processes at Edidesk. Responsible for recruitment, training, and organizational climate initiatives.
Responsibilities
Recruitment and selection: manage end-to-end hiring processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and tests), supporting managers in defining candidate profiles.
Onboarding and offboarding: organize and implement structured onboarding and offboarding programs.
Training and development: plan and deliver employee training and development initiatives.
Organizational climate and engagement: conduct employee engagement/climate surveys and propose improvement initiatives.
Personnel administration: support payroll routines and benefits administration.
HR metrics: prepare reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement).
Compensation and job structure: support management to ensure internal equity.
Organizational culture: contribute to strengthening the company's values.
Strategic partnership: provide insights and inputs to leadership for people-related decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources (People Management) or related fields
Experience in HR (preferably as a generalist).
Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Systemic view and analytical thinking to work with data and HR metrics.
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ethics and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proactive and results-oriented.
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Experience with digital HR platforms (Gupy, Feedz, Solides, Mindsight, or similar).
