About the role

  • Responsible for delivering an outstanding HR service to all Business School colleagues through a wide range of specialist HR Administrative tasks.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices and procedures in the school.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures, equality and diversity legislation and other relevant legislation.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, take initiative and find proactive solutions, contribute new ideas to projects, work unsupervised, under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail is particularly important, given the sensitive nature of this role.
  • Ability to build comprehensive knowledge of rapidly changing area of work, including relevant policies and procedures and able to identify and refine work practices and procedures in own area.
