Responsibilities
Responsible for delivering an outstanding HR service to all Business School colleagues through a wide range of specialist HR Administrative tasks.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, practices and procedures in the school.
Requirements
Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures, equality and diversity legislation and other relevant legislation.
Ability to plan, prioritise, take initiative and find proactive solutions, contribute new ideas to projects, work unsupervised, under pressure and multitask effectively.
Attention to detail is particularly important, given the sensitive nature of this role.
Ability to build comprehensive knowledge of rapidly changing area of work, including relevant policies and procedures and able to identify and refine work practices and procedures in own area.
