Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR leadership with at least 5 years as the head of HR in a higher education institution.
A proven record of transforming HR services and delivery in higher education.
Strong knowledge of HR systems (HCM, ATS, payroll/benefits) and compliance requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
Agility to navigate politically sensitive environments and shifting priorities.
