About the role

  • Manager overseeing HR Technology systems ensuring operational efficiency and integrity at Atlantic Union Bank. Providing support, leading implementations, and driving process improvements in Human Resources systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the human resources management system (HRMS) and other HR systems.
  • Manage day to day operational aspects of Human Resource systems.
  • Ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Provide first level support to users of HR systems.
  • Lead implementation of system enhancements and new releases.
  • Support M&A activities with information transfer for HR, payroll and benefits data.
  • Train users on HR system enhancements and new processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field required.
  • Minimum five to seven years’ hands on system administration experience.
  • Experience using / managing HRIS systems required (UKG experience preferred).
  • 1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred.
  • Expert at HRIS report writing and providing data analysis using Excel and Cognos.
  • Proven organizational, prioritization, time management, process and project planning skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.
