About the role

Requirements

- Minimum five to seven years’ hands on system administration experience.
- Experience using / managing HRIS systems required (UKG experience preferred).
- 1-2 years of formal people leadership experience preferred.
- Expert at HRIS report writing and providing data analysis using Excel and Cognos.
- Proven organizational, prioritization, time management, process and project planning skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills.
