Responsibilities
Supervision of our junior staff (interns, apprentices, dual-study students and working students) at the Eisenach, Weida and Hilmersdorf (Erzgebirge) sites, based in Weida
Conduct regular development conversations with junior staff and act as a permanent point of contact at the sites
Support the personnel selection process — from marketing activities to hiring — in collaboration with the Head of Recruitment and Management
Assist department managers with employment contract correspondence
Organize and conduct school visits, trade fairs and informational events
Communicate and cooperate with external organizations such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), Chamber of Crafts (HWK), inter-company training centers, vocational schools and universities
Further develop junior staff programs together with the Head of Apprenticeships
Provide organizational and administrative support to the Head of Recruitment
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial (business) vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Further training as a Certified HR Specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or a comparable advanced HR qualification desirable
Trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung / AdA certificate)
Professional experience as an HR Specialist with a focus on training/apprenticeships or junior staff, or in a comparable position, desirable
Basic knowledge of employment/labor law
Confident, friendly and open demeanor
Strong interest in (young) people and their development
Excellent communication skills
Independent and goal-oriented working style
Time flexibility (including occasional weekend trade fairs)
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
