Responsibilities
Élaborer ou actualiser les dispositifs et outils GPEC :
Rédaction et/ou mise à jour des fiches de postes avec les managers
Création et/ou mise à jour des grilles de compétences associées à chaque fiche de poste
Intégration dans le nouvel SIRH
Mise à jour du référentiel métiers
Conseils auprès des managers
Diagnostic des outils en place et propositions d’évolution
Participer à la mise à jour et l’évolution de l’outil SIRH
Identifier et remonter les besoins d’amélioration ou anomalies techniques.
Former et accompagner les managers / collaborateurs à l’utilisation du SIRH
Diagnostic des outils d’analyse et propositions d’évolution
Participation au suivi et lancement des campagnes d’entretien sur le SIRH
Formation : Assurer le back up des référents sur le suivi et déroulé du plan de formation dans les outils
Classification/rémunération : Participer aux projets en cours.
Participer aux initiatives liées à la Qualité de Vie au Travail
Requirements
Formation Bac +3/4 en ressources humaines.
Une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans des missions de développement RH et de GPEC.
