About the role

  • Develop and lead the **global user acquisition strategy**, ensuring performance marketing delivers measurable business growth across all paid and partnership channels.
  • Manage and mentor **3-4 high-performing teams** (PPC, Affiliates, Influencers, and Courses), driving focus, clarity, and results.
  • Build and execute **multi-channel performance campaigns** that drive both short-term conversion and long-term customer value.
  • Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Data teams to align acquisition goals with company-wide growth objectives.
  • Define performance frameworks, measurement systems, and attribution models to optimize budgets and ROI.
  • Identify and scale new channels, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Lead complex **negotiations with key partners**, securing strategic deals and optimizing performance across affiliate and influencer networks.
  • Build and evolve a performance culture rooted in data, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Present key insights, growth strategies, and forecasts to senior leadership, influencing company-wide marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in performance or growth marketing, with at least 2 years in a **leadership role managing multiple teams or channels**.
  • Proven experience **driving measurable user acquisition and revenue growth** through performance marketing.
  • Deep understanding of **PPC, affiliate, and influencer marketing ecosystems**, and how to integrate them into a unified growth strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in **negotiating, managing partners**, and scaling global marketing programs.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities; you build clarity, accountability, and momentum in fast-paced environments.
