About the role

  • **What you'll be doing:**
  • Working closely with the CMO to shape future strategy for the function, including input into wider marketing strategy. ****
  • Manging P&L of Paid Search and Mid Funnel revenue ****
  • Managing of Paid Search and Digital Marketing team****
  • Marketing effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives from measurement to targeting and audience management****
  • Developing and communicating our marketing strategies ****
  • Developing a high-performing, motivated and focused team who can deliver on agreed targets. ****
  • Establishing strong, effective processes for the analysis of campaigns and initiatives in order to develop on-target campaigns. ****
  • Engaging with all relevant stakeholders, successfully communicating short-term and long-term strategy and securing buy-in.

Requirements

  • **Required Knowledge / Experience******
  • Deep digital marketing experience, expert across Google Ads and Meta platforms****
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and drive high performing teams. ****
  • Demonstrable track record in developing and implementing successful acquisition and existing customer strategies, with an understanding of how to optimise this throughout the customer lifecycle. ****
  • Excellent technical knowledge of digital marketing tools for analytics ****
  • Strong knowledge of customer and user experience as a driver of conversion optimisation.
  • Demonstrable innovation in approach and ability to work to a rapid pace of response.
  • Experience of successfully managing budgets against set targets.
