Requirements
**Required Knowledge / Experience******
Deep digital marketing experience, expert across Google Ads and Meta platforms****
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to build and drive high performing teams. ****
Demonstrable track record in developing and implementing successful acquisition and existing customer strategies, with an understanding of how to optimise this throughout the customer lifecycle. ****
Excellent technical knowledge of digital marketing tools for analytics ****
Strong knowledge of customer and user experience as a driver of conversion optimisation.
Demonstrable innovation in approach and ability to work to a rapid pace of response.
Experience of successfully managing budgets against set targets.
