About the role

  • Define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the Business Line’s growth and profitability goals.
  • Build and lead the 3–5 year marketing plan, in line with the BL’s value creation roadmap.
  • Identify strategic priorities and positioning for the three verticals: SmartFlow, SmartConnect, and SmartIntegrate.
  • Elevate Smart Biometrics’ brand visibility nationally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with IDEMIA Public Security’s central teams on corporate communications, PR, and major events.
  • Lead digital communication initiatives, including social media and content strategy.
  • Partner with Sales to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  • Design data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, trade shows, partnerships).

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a high-tech, industrial, or services environment.
  • Proven experience in partner enablement and lead generation
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing, B2B campaigns, and team leadership.
  • Background in security, biometrics, or digital identity is a strong plus
  • Fluent English (mandatory); proficiency in French or other languages is an advantage.
