About the role
- Lead the Talent & Development team across Retail, Supply Chain and Operations for Nobia UK
- Partner with senior leaders to co-create a strategic learning roadmap supporting business goals and future capability needs
- Set direction, coach for performance, and enable impact within the Talent & Development team
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development across all levels
- Design and deliver leadership development programmes that build capability and support succession planning
- Use data and insights to evaluate learning impact and inform future strategy
- Drive innovation in learning design, tools, and technologies
- Embed learning into the flow of work to make it relevant, inclusive, and transformational

- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver business-aligned learning solutions
- Expertise in leadership development, coaching, and organisational capability building
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
- Agile mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience with digital learning platforms and tools
- Commitment to personal development and staying ahead of industry trends
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly, including occasional overnight stays
- Full UK driving licence
