Responsibilities
Create training content utilizing an understanding of curriculum design and instructional practices.
Involved in all phases of course development including determining the best learning methodology, writing the content design.
Produce media, develop materials, and test course functionality in the LMS.
Maintain relationships with subject matter experts.
Provide team support, such as engaging in internal course reviews for peers.
Adhere to project timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar field or equivalent work experience
3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.
2 years’ experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
Experience with Adobe Creative products and Vyond preferred
Knowledge of Adult learning principles
Experience with ADDIE, SAM, or other rapid design methodologies
