About the role

  • Create training content utilizing an understanding of curriculum design and instructional practices.
  • Involved in all phases of course development including determining the best learning methodology, writing the content design.
  • Produce media, develop materials, and test course functionality in the LMS.
  • Maintain relationships with subject matter experts.
  • Provide team support, such as engaging in internal course reviews for peers.
  • Adhere to project timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of instructional design experience in a corporate environment.
  • 2 years’ experience using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
  • Experience with Adobe Creative products and Vyond preferred
  • Knowledge of Adult learning principles
  • Experience with ADDIE, SAM, or other rapid design methodologies
  • Designing learning in multiple modalities (ILT, virtual ILT, eLearning, job aids, etc.)
