Responsibilities

  • Lead franchise development efforts for both healthcare staffing and home care brands.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Manage the full franchise recruitment process — from lead generation to deal close.
  • Present the franchise opportunity to qualified candidates, articulating brand value and ROI.
  • Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless franchise onboarding and success.
  • Track KPIs and maintain accurate sales reporting across both brands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in franchise sales or development, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and scaling franchise networks.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others build successful businesses.
