Responsibilities
Ensure mapping of the potential market in terms of Institutions and HORECA Channels
Nurture direct relations with Key Business clients
Set targets for each Distributor and monitor their progress
Ensure product availability and continuous development of the assigned area
Manage and develop individual distributor relationships
Conduct training for the Secondary Sales Force
Coordinate communication between team and Distributor management.
Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably in HORECA or institutions
Strong analytical approach
Communication Skills
Must be flexible and resourceful
Ability to innovate and maintain poise & confidence.
