About the role

  • Sales Officer nurturing distributor relationships and ensuring product availability in Madurai, India. Establishing market connections and setting sales targets for distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure mapping of the potential market in terms of Institutions and HORECA Channels
  • Nurture direct relations with Key Business clients
  • Set targets for each Distributor and monitor their progress
  • Ensure product availability and continuous development of the assigned area
  • Manage and develop individual distributor relationships
  • Conduct training for the Secondary Sales Force
  • Coordinate communication between team and Distributor management.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in HORECA or institutions
  • Strong analytical approach
  • Communication Skills
  • Must be flexible and resourceful
  • Ability to innovate and maintain poise & confidence.
