About the role

Responsibilities

  • Inbound customer service with sales, aimed at identifying the customer’s needs;
  • Clarify questions and carry out procedures;
  • Offer products and/or services;
  • Use systems to record interactions;

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years;
  • High school diploma (completed);
  • Strong verbal communication skills and persuasive ability;
  • Negotiation and argumentation skills;
  • Basic computer skills and typing ability;
  • Availability to attend training (in-person or online);
  • Have a desktop computer or laptop to take the training;
  • Availability to work on-site;
  • Easy access to Atento Cabula unit.
