About the role

  • Sales Manager developing and implementing sales strategies for Bureau Veritas in the consumer products sector. Collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully further develop, manage and implement our sales strategy
  • Acquire new customers and expand the customer portfolio
  • Work closely with all relevant departments and stakeholders as the interface between our customers and internal testing divisions (national and international)
  • Proactively communicate and manage customer projects
  • Conduct intensive market and competitor monitoring
  • Independently prepare market and portfolio analyses as well as market development approaches
  • Design, plan, implement and monitor customer retention measures

Requirements

  • University degree in a natural science or business discipline, or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry preferred
  • Several years of experience in customer service and new business development
  • Very good German and English skills and good proficiency with MS Office / SAP
  • Enjoy working with customers and understand the role as an interface between the laboratory and the customer
  • Solution- and service-oriented communication style, with an organized, responsible and proactive way of working
  • Commitment to performance and results-oriented approach
