Responsibilities
Successfully further develop, manage and implement our sales strategy
Acquire new customers and expand the customer portfolio
Work closely with all relevant departments and stakeholders as the interface between our customers and internal testing divisions (national and international)
Proactively communicate and manage customer projects
Conduct intensive market and competitor monitoring
Independently prepare market and portfolio analyses as well as market development approaches
Design, plan, implement and monitor customer retention measures
Requirements
University degree in a natural science or business discipline, or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry preferred
Several years of experience in customer service and new business development
Very good German and English skills and good proficiency with MS Office / SAP
Enjoy working with customers and understand the role as an interface between the laboratory and the customer
Solution- and service-oriented communication style, with an organized, responsible and proactive way of working
