Responsibilities
Sales responsibilities: South America.
Negotiations with direct accounts and distributors: pricing, volume, and sales agreements (payment terms, etc.).
Support development of sales targets and marketing strategies by identifying market trends and evaluating customers, competitor behavior, mapping the market, and analyzing demand.
Execution of the sales plan, budget planning and control, and negotiation of agreements.
Management of sales KPIs, planning and managing investments and profitability, and development of new products/markets.
Shared responsibilities for Accounts Receivable / Inventory with the Customer Service (CS) and Finance teams.
Work together with SCM (Customer Service, Logistics).
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or related fields;
Required: Advanced Excel;
Required: Advanced Spanish and English;
Proven experience in a similar role and a proactive attitude.
