Responsibilities
You will work together with the Executive Management to develop segment-specific strategies to win new customers — actively shaping our growth at every step
You will own the full acquisition process for new business opportunities across the entire DACH region, from initial contact to signed deal
You will advise prospective customers competently on genuine optimization opportunities and show them how they can become even more successful
You will build long-term customer loyalty and establish a strong client base that secures recurring revenue
As a Sales Expert, you will actively contribute to internal development processes and help shape the evolution of a fast-growing company
Requirements
Several years of experience in structured sales of B2B software solutions
A software-specific background (HTL, FH, university or equivalent) that provides technical understanding and consulting strength
Strong self-organization, the ability to work independently, perseverance and a clear focus on achieving results
Loyalty, reliability and a winning mentality — combined with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
