- Look after and optimize our growth marketing tech stack (tooling, systems, etc.)
- Work with growth marketing stakeholders to address automation, personalization, and experimentation needs
- Evaluate new tools and vendors and make recommendations to strengthen our marketing tech stack
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn growth strategies into scalable execution
- Troubleshoot technical issues in campaign executions
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing technology or related growth roles at a fast growing tech company.
- Proven understanding of the current and emerging marketing technology landscape (e.g., familiarity with customer data platforms, marketing automation, content management systems, etc.) and a constant desire to learn more
- Experience in formulating solutions and implementing new marketing technologies to meet business needs and drive growth
- Positive relationship building and stakeholder management skills and excels at working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, limited resources and tight deadlines
