Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Growth Analyst, or Performance Marketing Manager in a data-driven environment.
Strong SQL proficiency and comfort working with large datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Looker Studio, Power BI).
Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (agency or in-house).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative reasoning skills.
Ability to translate data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
Familiarity with marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.
Strong collaboration and communication skills; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
