Responsibilities
Own the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral
Design, run, and analyze growth experiments across paid, organic, email, social, and product channels
Track, report, and optimize KPIs and ROI to make data-driven decisions
Use insights from customer behavior and market trends to find new growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to launch campaigns and features that move the needle
Monitor competitors and the market to ensure our strategies stay ahead
Identify and optimize growth loops that sustainably increase users and revenue
Own and optimize marketing tech stack (HubSpot, GA, Ads, CRM tools) for scalable results
Brainstorm creative ideas to experiment rapidly and continuously improve metrics.
Requirements
5+ years experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or startup marketing roles
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics
Comfortable making data-driven decisions quickly and iterating fast
Strong knowledge of customer acquisition channels: paid, organic, referral, email, social
Experience with marketing and analytics tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM, etc.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset and a bias for action
Excellent English communication skills; startup, international, or cross-cultural experience is a plus
Passion for metrics, experiments, and moving the needle in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with small, high-performing teams.
