About the role

  • Google Ads & Tracking Expert at PYNEMA, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance. Collaborating with teams to develop targeted marketing strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You analyze and continuously optimize data to drive campaign growth.
  • Develop marketing strategies together with our social media team and our clients—targeted and effective.
  • You are the primary point of contact for the client.
  • You independently carry out strategic planning, campaign set-ups and data analyses.
  • Implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Analyze campaigns, derive insights and provide regular reporting.
  • You scale existing campaigns and think well beyond the obvious.
  • With your empathetic, professional and confident manner you build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Online Marketing Manager, SEM/Performance Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and tracking.
  • Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.
  • Coding skills are a plus.
  • Excellent German skills (C2).
  • English skills are a plus (at least B2).
