About the role
- Support product and feature launch strategies (Go To Market) from planning to post-launch analysis
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams
- Create and adapt compelling communications tailored to specific target audiences and market needs
- Act as a driver for the adoption of product features, track and report launch adoption metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral (presentations, one-pagers, FAQs)
- Deliver training and enablement sessions for Sales, Customer Support, and other teams, acting as a product/feature specialist
- Bring local market insights (customer behavior, competitive landscape, regulatory requirements) into product development discussions
- Ensure seamless execution between central strategy and local market requirements
- Technical proficiency in working with online product specifications and conducting product testing
- Work closely with OLX Classifieds product organization and multiple functional teams to drive improvements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Product, Marketing, or related GTM role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication (English required)
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset
- Automotive knowledge, working in the tech industry is a plus
