• Підтримка процесів продажів: ведення та актуалізація даних у CRM-системі (додавання інформації про клієнтів, перевірка точності записів);
• Координація процесів укладання договорів з клієнтами відповідно до внутрішніх процедур компанії та побудова звітності, яка відповідає за моніторинг динаміки роботи таких клієнтів.
• Участь у побудові процесів лідогенерації та хантінгу клієнтів, churn менеджменту (моніторинг причин відмов, побудова стратегій утримання, розробка спеціальних оферів для тих, хто припиняє діяльність тощо).
• Проведення регулярного аналізу KPI команди продажів та підготовка конкретних порад щодо їх покращення.
• Формування детальних звітів про ефективність продажів для керівника та всієї команди.
• Глибокий аналіз ринку нерухомості, включаючи тенденції, запити клієнтів і прогнози.
• Аудит, оптимізація та покращення наявних бізнес-процесів і way of working команди продажів, автоматизація процесів продажів та роботи з CRM-системою.
