About the role
- Responsible to organize events like workshop, congresses and train users on the correct method of using the company products
- Gather market feedback on marketing activities and products’ satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies to drive market adoption of company products and improve sales and market share
- Build strong relations and rapport with the surgeons, nurses, key opinion leaders and other key stakeholders
- Identify the needs of new prospects and develop appropriate responses
- Provide technical support to the customers
- Develop sales tools jointly with corporate marketing team
- Assist in the regional planning/ support
- Ensure full compliance with the Company Policies and the local industry’s code of conduct
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Able to assimilate and communicate complex technical information
- Mature, Self-driven, Proactive and Innovative
- Able to work independently and deliver results under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferably with at least 2 years’ experience specialized in medical device industry
- Med Tech license in an advantage
- Willing to travel Domestic and Asian Countries
