Prepare and review documentation for tenders and bids, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Maintain and update competitor and pricing databases, including cross-references
Manage translations and adapt marketing materials (literature, flyers, technical sheets)
Support the Sales team by providing product information and alternatives for customers
Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators
Collaborate on presentations and materials for internal meetings
Ensure proper organization and filing of documentation within corporate platforms
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science/Marketing or other fields related to the healthcare sector
Previous experience in administrative tasks related to tenders or bids (preferably in healthcare)
Knowledge of healthcare products and hospital environment
Bilingual in Spanish and advanced level of English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Availability for travel (up to 30% of the time)
Class B driving license
