About the role
- Product Specialist providing administrative and operational support for product activities at Medline. Ensuring accuracy in tender submissions and maintaining databases to support sales efforts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review documentation for tenders and bids, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Maintain and update competitor and pricing databases, including cross-references
- Manage translations and adapt marketing materials (literature, flyers, technical sheets)
- Support the Sales team by providing product information and alternatives for customers
- Assist in preparing reports and tracking key performance indicators
- Collaborate on presentations and materials for internal meetings
- Ensure proper organization and filing of documentation within corporate platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science/Marketing or other fields related to the healthcare sector
- Previous experience in administrative tasks related to tenders or bids (preferably in healthcare)
- Knowledge of healthcare products and hospital environment
- Bilingual in Spanish and advanced level of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
- Availability for travel (up to 30% of the time)
- Class B driving license
