- Address functional inquiries, providing clear, insightful answers and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization.
- Serve as a bridge between customers and our internal teams (Product Management and Sales), conveying crucial feedback and requirements gleaned during integration projects.
Requirements
- A deep-seated passion for enhancing financial service experiences.
- Exceptional knowledge of financial services UX and the ability to apply this expertise in a B2B product context.
- Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for understanding complex product capabilities and devising optimal integration strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Articulate communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations.
