Responsibilities
- Be part of realizing our ambition to transform our business – where self-service and flexible products and solutions are key; and where our offers, platforms and tools are aligned with our business
- Drive our development on different levels, working hand in hand together with business owners and other stakeholders in the agile structure and the solution ecosystems
- Work on maintenance and regulatory adaptations of our products
- Contribute to meaningful projects, work on communication and leadership skills, do rotations in other teams across the bank, participate in a business challenge and do an international internship at another SEB site in the world
Requirements
- Graduated within the past two years, or will graduate before the programme starts on 1st September 2026 – from a relevant academic degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to take ownership
- Great communication skills and to be able to work both in English and Swedish
- A team player, with a customer-focused and positive attitude
- Independent, take initiative (contributing with ideas and suggested improvements) as well as can work in a complex or fast-paced environment
- It is meritorious if you have knowledge of insurance products and an understanding of new customer demands, that impact both our services as well as our offers
- Experience in driving change and you are confident in managing both strategic and operational initiatives for the products you will be responsible for
