About the role

  • Product Specialist in pre-sales at CreditorWatch, leading customer engagement from discovery to implementation. Focus on SaaS solutions for financial risk management in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales discovery to understand customer requirements and shape solution scope
  • Create clear and accurate Project Initiation Documents (PIDs)
  • Guide customers through implementation, configuration, training and go-live
  • Ensure customer needs align with existing product functionality and manage escalations
  • Act as the key product expert for ApplyEasy, Collect, PPSR and related solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support deal progression and smooth handover

Requirements

  • 3–4 years’ experience configuring or selling SaaS solutions
  • Understanding of digital credit applications and the end-to-end credit onboarding process
  • Organised and detail-driven
  • Excellent documentation skills
