Responsibilities
- Klanten adviseren over producten in de productgroep hydrauliek
- Inkomende technische vragen van klanten behandelen
- Offertes opstellen en advies geven over producten
- Klanten helpen om onze webshop optimaal te gebruiken
- Signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen ten aanzien van het assortiment en prijzen
- Omzetanalyses maken voor de productgroepen Hydrauliek en Elektrificatie.
Requirements
- Uitgebreide kennis van hydraulische componenten
- Affiniteit met elektrificatie
- Sterke adviesvaardigheden en oplossingsgericht werken
- Kennis van verschillende softwaretools en systemen
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Basiskennis van de Engelse taal is een must, vooral voor interne communicatie.
