About the role

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Built Environment segments (Residential, Student Living, Public Buildings, Commercial)
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable segment plans (vertical trends, competitive landscape, customer insights)
  • Champion customer-centric innovation and embed feedback into product development and GTM planning
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, product management, R&D on offering, pricing, and positioning
  • Develop segment-specific value propositions and selling narratives for ICPs and buyer roles
  • Coordinate product launch readiness across global and regional teams and ensure sales enablement and ramp-up success
  • Own segment enablement: create content, tools, and training for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as GTM lead for the segment, ensuring visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Measure impact: track GTM effectiveness, segment growth, and feedback loops to refine strategy and execution
  • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer

Requirements

  • A commercial or technical degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in go-to-market, sales, product marketing, or commercial strategy roles
  • Experience in access management systems or digital locking solutions
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel models and customer journeys in Built Environment applications
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across departments
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
  • Ability to translate data and insights into compelling GTM plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Willingness to travel as needed
