Responsibilities
Liderar o processo de implementação de clientes Commercial, garantindo uma jornada consultiva, técnica e orientada a valor.
Conduzir reuniões estratégicas com decisores e times operacionais, alinhando metas, escopo e cronograma de implantação.
Traduzir objetivos de negócio em configurações e automações dentro da Octadesk.
Monitorar e reportar indicadores de sucesso do onboarding, como Tempo de Ativação, Adoção de Módulos-Chave, e Expansão de Receita.
Coordenar o plano de ação junto a times internos (Produto, Suporte, Marketing, CS Ongoing e Vendas).
Desenvolver e aplicar treinamentos customizados e materiais de capacitação técnica para clientes de médio e grande porte.
Propor melhorias contínuas no processo de onboarding, com base em dados, feedbacks e boas práticas de Customer Success.
Ser uma referência de excelência no atendimento, garantindo uma experiência encantadora em cada interação.
Requirements
Conhecimento técnico em integrações via API, Webhooks ou automações.
Experiência em projetos de implantação de plataformas CRM, Chat ou Omnichannel.
Familiaridade com metodologias de Customer Success (Success Milestones, QBRs, Health Score).
Domínio intermediário/avançado em ferramentas de apresentação e análise de dados (Notion, Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI).
