About the role

  • Design and deliver high-impact enablement programs across sales competencies like prospecting, discovery, qualification (MEDDPICC), objection handling, and competitive positioning
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify performance gaps and deploy scalable learning and coaching programs
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, discovery guides, and call frameworks tailored to different segments and deal complexities
  • Deliver engaging live and virtual training experiences that inspire confidence and improve results
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, Partners, and RevOps to align messaging, process, and go-to-market strategy
  • Equip sellers to effectively use tools like Highspot, Gong, Outreach and other core platforms to improve productivity and pipeline visibility
  • Leverage data-driven insights to measure program impact, optimize enablement initiatives, and continuously improve
  • Operate as a trusted partner across GTM, bridging strategy and execution while scaling enablement impact globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Management, or a related role in a fast-paced SaaS environment (AI experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of sales motion and quota-carrying team dynamics
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, Partners, and Operations
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message
  • Experience with modern enablement tools (Gong, Outreach, Highspot, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset — skilled at measuring impact, identifying skill gaps, and iterating based on data
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a passion for execution and follow-through
  • Experience designing and delivering eLearning and blended learning programs, including proficiency with Articulate, Lessonly, Rise, Captivate, or other authoring tools.
