Responsibilities
Planejar, estruturar e liderar estratégias de marketing e comunicação com foco em performance
Desenvolver e implementar o planejamento estratégico de marketing digital com foco em growth/performance
Gerenciar campanhas digitais (Google Ads, Meta Ads, entre outros), omnichannel, funis de vendas e testes A/B
Acompanhar indicadores como CAC, ROI, ROAS e LTV e otimizar campanhas
Liderar e desenvolver equipe de marketing multidisciplinar e parceiros externos
Estruturar e otimizar processos de marketing digital e atuar de forma estratégica e hands-on quando necessário
Estruturar e implementar CRM e estratégias de automação
Gerenciar redes sociais, campanhas de mídia paga, produção de conteúdo e copywriting
Identificar tendências, oportunidades de mercado e análise da concorrência
Estabelecer parcerias estratégicas, inclusive com influenciadores e colabs
Elaborar, acompanhar e otimizar o budget de marketing
Requirements
Graduação completa em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda, Administração, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
Experiência prévia em gestão de marketing digital com foco em growth/performance
Forte domínio de métricas de marketing e performance (CAC, ROI, ROAS, LTV)
Experiência na gestão de times multidisciplinares e parceiros externos
Vivência com funis de vendas, testes A/B e campanhas omnichannel
Domínio de ferramentas de marketing digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, CRM)
Conhecimento em branding, redes sociais e planejamento de mídia
Experiência em análise de métricas, relatórios e BI (Business Intelligence)
Inglês e Espanhol avançados são desejáveis
