About the role

  • Translate the executive vision into actionable, department-specific plans and ensure successful, on-time execution across the entire organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a strong advantage).
  • Minimum of **7+ years of progressive leadership experience** in operations, manufacturing, or business management.
  • Proven experience specifically as an **Integrator, COO, General Manager, or similar execution-focused role** within a high-growth environment.
  • Strong command of financial management principles, budgeting, forecasting, and the core drivers of profitability.
  • Deep expertise in business operations, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and effective cross-functional team leadership.
