Responsibilities
Providing single-point accountability for the operation of the Cornwall manufacturing site
Leading production, maintenance, asset management, security, quality, and administrative activities
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, reliability, and competitiveness
Acting as the primary site representative to government agencies and external stakeholders
Requirements
University degree in Chemistry with Engineering background or equivalent technical discipline
Extensive experience in chemical manufacturing or similarly regulated industrial environments
Strong knowledge of Responsible Care, EHS, quality systems, and regulatory compliance
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse organizations, including unionized workforces
Familiarity with BASF policies, programs, and North American Manufacturing Leadership expectations will be a plus
