About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of end-to-end solutions for new products and complex transactions
  • Assess impacts on IT, Operations, and Finance
  • Serve as a representative in approval committees (TAC/NAC)
  • Conduct strategic analyses of new business initiatives
  • Interact with senior stakeholders (Front Office, Risk, Compliance, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to the bank's strategies and mitigation of operational risks
  • Support executive decisions with structured analyses and recommendations

Requirements

  • Fluent English (required for interaction with global teams and participation in executive committees)
  • Strong experience in Global Markets / CIB
  • Strong knowledge of Front-to-Finance processes
  • Experience with complex projects and end-to-end analysis
  • Experience with approval forums or governance (TAC/NAC or similar)
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • High autonomy and sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Critical thinking and strategic vision
