About the role

  • Prospect leads through cold outreach, networking, etc
  • Meet with new prospects a month
  • Close new business monthly through needs-based selling
  • Hit and exceed quarterly quotas
  • Building client relationships on sales calls
  • Some referral and warm lead prospecting calling
  • Follow written processes
  • Complete Summary & Action Item emails for each sales call
  • Effectively communicate product details
  • Update and keep detailed Salesforce notes, fields, stages, and pipeline
  • Required travel 4-6 times a year (usually 2-3 days) to attend conferences, trade shows, and/or partnership meetings to build lead flow and close deals

Requirements

  • Must have experience in the dental industry
  • Must be able to work from our Lehi office at least three days per week for candidates located in Utah
  • 2+ years of online/phone sales closing experience
  • B2B dental/medical experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
  • Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
  • Google platform proficiency
  • Type 40+ WPM
  • Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
