Full-Cycle Account Executive handling dental industry sales and client relationships in a fast-growing organization. Responsible for prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining detailed Salesforce records.
Responsibilities
Prospect leads through cold outreach, networking, etc
Meet with new prospects a month
Close new business monthly through needs-based selling
Hit and exceed quarterly quotas
Building client relationships on sales calls
Some referral and warm lead prospecting calling
Follow written processes
Complete Summary & Action Item emails for each sales call
Effectively communicate product details
Update and keep detailed Salesforce notes, fields, stages, and pipeline
Required travel 4-6 times a year (usually 2-3 days) to attend conferences, trade shows, and/or partnership meetings to build lead flow and close deals
Requirements
Must have experience in the dental industry
Must be able to work from our Lehi office at least three days per week for candidates located in Utah
2+ years of online/phone sales closing experience
B2B dental/medical experience
High school diploma or GED
A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
