Responsibilities
Manage incoming sales leads from companies with 2-10 employees
Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Complete and present sales quotations
Meet or exceed a quarterly sales quota
Collaborate with all sales and service staff to ensure sales objectives are met
Manage renewals with a focus on retaining existing business
Attend sales conferences and functions as required
Requirements
Previous health insurance policies and procedures experience preferred
Full Life and Accident & Sickness insurance licensing (LLQP) mandatory prior to commencement
Strong aptitude for sales
Self-motivated and positive attitude
Comfortable making sales and follow up calls over the phone and in person
