About the role
- SAP S/4HANA Fulfillment IT Specialist improving order-to-cash processes for global manufacturing. Leading configuration, support, and compliance initiatives within a digital transformation environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA Fulfillment processes, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash, Logistics Execution, Transportation Management, and Global Trade System (GTS)
- Align solutions with Belden’s global fulfillment strategy and customer service standards
- Lead configuration changes within approved design and governance standards
- Partner with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to gather business requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable, efficient SAP solutions that improve order accuracy, cycle time, and visibility
- Deliver Tier 2/3 support for fulfillment and export processes across regions
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within established SLAs (>95% resolution compliance)
- Ensure seamless integration between Fulfillment, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing systems
- Lead functional testing for new solutions, enhancements, and integrations
- Ensure compliance with SOX, trade, and export control regulations
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and approvals for audit readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience supporting SAP SD, LE, TM, or GTS modules in a global manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and deployment
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash, logistics execution, and global trade processes
- Experience with system integration, data governance, and change management preferred
