IT Administrator delivering IT solutions for FunPlus offices in Barcelona and the western regions. Providing technical support and managing IT assets with an agile mindset.
Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support to on-site and remote employees by phone, messenger platforms and emails.
Manage Windows/MacOS inventory, perform troubleshooting and reimaging
Work closely with regional office managers, Network and Database admins, App Developers and external vendors to resolve complex issues.
Test and implement software and physical/virtual machines.
Assist in network upgrades, post-testing after normal business hours to provide backup and on-call support.
Ensure Internal customers and end-users satisfaction are your top priority
Operate in a hybrid working environment with initial onsite support required
Sporadic travel to other offices to manage setup, breaks, and relocation of workstations, printers, and other hardware when requested.
Requirements
Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools. E.x. Confluence and Jira
Proven experience/knowledge in MS 365 and Google workspace
Proficient in Slack.
Good documentation skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to establish strong, trusted, and sustainable relationships with business and IT partners
Independent with strong project management ability
Have good IT support knowledge, 3rd party applications and IT maintenance.
Agile mindset
Development skills are nice to have but not mandatory.
