Responsibilities
Provide administration support to internal audit department and the team
Help managing resources plans for the internal audit department
Assist in documentation and knowledge management for the department, ensuring files and reports are complete and accurate
Support the preparation of reports and presentation slides
Manage meeting schedule, prepare minutes and assist in different projects and presentation
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Holder of higher diploma or above
At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in audit firm / consulting industry and/or inhouse internal audit department
Hands-on experience in reporting, data input and/or administrative support
Responsible, proactive and detailed-minded
Able to work both independently and as a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
