About the role

  • Providing administration support for the internal audit team at HKT. Managing resources and documentation while assisting in various projects and report preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to internal audit department and the team
  • Help managing resources plans for the internal audit department
  • Assist in documentation and knowledge management for the department, ensuring files and reports are complete and accurate
  • Support the preparation of reports and presentation slides
  • Manage meeting schedule, prepare minutes and assist in different projects and presentation
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Holder of higher diploma or above
  • At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in audit firm / consulting industry and/or inhouse internal audit department
  • Hands-on experience in reporting, data input and/or administrative support
  • Responsible, proactive and detailed-minded
  • Able to work both independently and as a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available will be an absolute advantage
