Responsibilities
Process daily financial transactions across multiple entities (UK, France, Ireland, UAE)
Record and allocate bank transactions accurately
Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices and payments
Record and reconcile creditor invoices and statements
Maintain accurate debtor and creditor records
Assist with month-end reconciliations and financial reporting
Support expense tracking and cash flow monitoring
Ensure data accuracy in Xero and Google Sheets or Excel
Liaise with internal departments to resolve financial queries
Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Manager and finance team
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
1 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting administration
Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
A diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration will be an advantage.
