About the role

  • Financial Administrator assisting with financial operations in property management at Nestify. Involves transaction processing, record maintenance, and reconciliation duties.

Responsibilities

  • Process daily financial transactions across multiple entities (UK, France, Ireland, UAE)
  • Record and allocate bank transactions accurately
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices and payments
  • Record and reconcile creditor invoices and statements
  • Maintain accurate debtor and creditor records
  • Assist with month-end reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Support expense tracking and cash flow monitoring
  • Ensure data accuracy in Xero and Google Sheets or Excel
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve financial queries
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Manager and finance team

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting administration
  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • A diploma or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration will be an advantage.
