Responsibilities
Execution and assurance of accurate payroll processing
Recording all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
Managing reporting and certification processes, as well as maintaining master data
Implementing salary changes, special payments and company pension schemes
Preparing reports and supporting monthly and annual payroll closings
Shaping and optimizing HR processes within your area of responsibility
Requirements
Completed commercial education plus further training in HR
At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
Solid knowledge of employment law, social security law and tax law
Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
