About the role

  • Payroll Specialist responsible for ensuring accurate payroll and optimizing HR processes in a growing company. Engaging in payroll calculations and data management with strong HR focus.

Responsibilities

  • Execution and assurance of accurate payroll processing
  • Recording all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
  • Managing reporting and certification processes, as well as maintaining master data
  • Implementing salary changes, special payments and company pension schemes
  • Preparing reports and supporting monthly and annual payroll closings
  • Shaping and optimizing HR processes within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education plus further training in HR
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, social security law and tax law
  • Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
