About the role
- Payroll Specialist responsible for ensuring accurate payroll and optimizing HR processes in a growing company. Engaging in payroll calculations and data management with strong HR focus.
Responsibilities
- Execution and assurance of accurate payroll processing
- Recording all payroll-relevant data, including tax and social security information
- Managing reporting and certification processes, as well as maintaining master data
- Implementing salary changes, special payments and company pension schemes
- Preparing reports and supporting monthly and annual payroll closings
- Shaping and optimizing HR processes within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed commercial education plus further training in HR
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Solid knowledge of employment law, social security law and tax law
- Experience with payroll systems (ideally Sage) and MS Office
