Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve service sales targets across Europe
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and organize service workshops to demonstrate Yokogawa’s value
Collaborate with local operating companies to negotiate and close service contracts such as maintenance, calibration, and repair services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and drive continuous improvement based on feedback
Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each customer’s service needs and long-term goals
Work closely with the Operations and Delivery Service teams to ensure timely, high-quality service execution
Maintain deep knowledge of Yokogawa’s process instrumentation and analytical solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Proven experience in service sales within the process automation or instrumentation sector
In-depth knowledge of PCI Products & Solutions (pressure, temperature, flow, analyzers, and sample handling systems)
Consultant promoting technology solutions and evaluating customer needs at Topaz. Focused on commercial activities and team collaboration in the financial sector.
