About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve service sales targets across Europe
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and organize service workshops to demonstrate Yokogawa’s value
  • Collaborate with local operating companies to negotiate and close service contracts such as maintenance, calibration, and repair services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and drive continuous improvement based on feedback
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each customer’s service needs and long-term goals
  • Work closely with the Operations and Delivery Service teams to ensure timely, high-quality service execution
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Yokogawa’s process instrumentation and analytical solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Proven experience in service sales within the process automation or instrumentation sector
  • In-depth knowledge of PCI Products & Solutions (pressure, temperature, flow, analyzers, and sample handling systems)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
