Realizar triagem de currículos, conduzir entrevistas por competências e auxiliar na aplicação de ferramentas de avaliação;
Elaborar relatórios de apresentação de candidatos e dar suporte em interações consultivas com clientes;
Contribuir para a qualidade, agilidade e experiência diferenciada em cada processo, garantindo proximidade tanto com candidatos quanto com clientes;
Colaborar em iniciativas de inovação e melhoria contínua nos processos internos de R&S.
Requirements
