About the role

  • Entry Level Recruiter conducting outreach and screening for candidates at marine staffing company. Managing candidate records and supporting recruiters in building talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates for marine and industrial roles.
  • Communicate with applicants via phone, text, and email.
  • Screen candidate interest and availability for open jobs.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our system.
  • Support recruiters in building talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule—3 to 5 nights a week from 5PM to 10PM.
  • Great communication and customer service skills required.
  • Must be organized and be able to take notes quickly.
  • Willing to learn about skilled trades and staffing.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
