About the role

  • Maintain and create content on the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Develop and implement social media strategy to enhance brand visibility
  • Develop creative concepts for social media content and prepare detailed briefs for the design team
  • Write and publish articles on the careers blog https://careers.eleks.com/blog/
  • Identify relevant newsworthy topics, craft press releases, news, and expert articles, and pitch them to Ukrainian media outlets
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media representatives
  • Be the primary contact for the Ukrainian media, managing all incoming press requests.
  • Identify opportunities to promote company experts as industry thought leaders at events and in media
  • Prepare briefs for company experts to ensure accurate representation in media and events
  • Support the development of the ambassador's community by curating relevant news for sharing, identifying speaking opportunities, assisting with event applications, and facilitating media publications, including reviewing and editing expert articles
  • Plan, organize, and manage corporate events (both online and offline), including logistics, communication support, and post-event reporting
  • Coordinate the work of video and photo production contractors
  • Collect and produce necessary information for industry awards or organization membership applications on behalf of the company
  • Support CSR activities, including planning and communication of social responsibility initiatives
  • Work with other departments to identify communication needs and plan respective initiatives
  • Support internal communication team by preparing news for the digest and weekly mail
  • Monitor media mentions of the company, analyze the performance of social media and blog communications, compile regular reports, and present key insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in communications/PR/SMM
  • Effective corporate communications and public relations writing style
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Understanding of social media platforms and the ability to develop appropriate content to engage target audiences
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, copyediting, and proofreading skills (English - Upper Intermediate)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and a proactive approach to work; strong analytic problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficient MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience working with communications programs
  • Knowledge of content systems
  • Knowledge of design concepts
  • English —Upper-intermediate or higher
